CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. — The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office has identified the woman found deceased in a small lake in unincorporated Clackamas County as 66-year-old Loretta Ann Blank of Portland, following a recovery operation that took place Saturday night near the 15000 block of South Kirk Road.

According to officials, emergency dispatchers received a call reporting that a vehicle had driven into the water. In response, search and rescue teams, including dive units, were deployed to the scene to investigate the report. During the operation, divers located and recovered Blank’s body from inside the lake, marking a tragic end to the emergency response.
