Authorities say a pickup truck traveling south attempted to make an illegal U-turn when a second southbound pickup struck it during the maneuver. The impact proved fatal for both Michelson and Countryman, who were the driver and passenger of the first vehicle.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"1073\">Emergency responders arrived quickly, but both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
