Lauderdale County Tragedy: Kelsey Rebekah King and Charles Wilson King Found Dead Inside Anderson Area Home.

The Lauderdale County community is mourning the tragic deaths of Kelsey Rebekah King, 35, and Charles Wilson King, 40, who were found deceased inside their home on Saturday morning in the Anderson area. The heartbreaking discovery has left family members, friends, and neighbors searching for answers as authorities continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the couple’s deaths.

According to Lauderdale County Sheriff Joe Hamilton, deputies were dispatched to a residence on County Road 93 at approximately 8:46 a.m. to conduct a welfare check. The request came after a concerned family member reported not being able to contact one of the individuals for several hours, prompting fears that something may have been wrong.

When deputies arrived at the home, they discovered both Kelsey and Charles King deceased inside a bedroom. Authorities also recovered a firearm from the scene. The tragic discovery immediately launched an investigation involving local law enforcement and forensic specialists.

Lauderdale County Coroner Kim Jones later identified the deceased as Kelsey Rebekah King and Charles Wilson King. Officials confirmed that Charles King suffered a single gunshot wound.
