Courtroom Revelation, Former NFL Player Darron Lee Accused of Killing Girlfriend After Allegedly Consulting AI Chatbot.

A Tennessee courtroom heard disturbing details this week as prosecutors presented evidence against former NFL linebacker Darron Lee, who is accused of murdering his girlfriend at their home in Ooltewah, a community near Chattanooga. Lee, 31, appeared Monday in Hamilton County for a preliminary hearing where authorities outlined the case surrounding the death of his girlfriend, Gabriella Carvalho Perpétuo.

Prosecutors allege Lee is responsible for Perpétuo’s death and has been charged with first-degree murder and tampering with evidence. During the hearing, investigators played a 10-minute body camera recording from a responding deputy who arrived at the couple’s residence on Snow Cone Way in Ooltewah, located about 20 miles from Chattanooga.

In the footage, Lee can be heard explaining how he claimed to have found Perpétuo unresponsive inside the home. He told the deputy that he had been asleep and woke to discover that she was not responding. According to the recording, Lee said he called 911 immediately after realizing something was wrong.

However, prosecutors presented additional evidence that raised serious questions about his account. Detectives testified that Lee allegedly submitted a message to the AI chatbot ChatGPT hours before contacting authorities. In the message, he reportedly wrote that his fiancée had “done her crazy thing again,” claimed she had injured herself, and asked what he should do because she was not waking up.

Investigators also described several injuries found on Perpétuo, including a suspected stab wound to the abdomen and what appeared to be a human bite mark on her shoulder. According to an affidavit cited in court, forensic testing suggested that blood had been cleaned from multiple areas inside the home.

Lee remains in custody without bond as the case moves forward. Before the allegations, he had a notable football career, playing 58 games in the NFL with the New York Jets, Kansas City Chiefs, and Buffalo Bills after being selected 20th overall in the 2016 draft out of Ohio State Universi
