More than sixty women have accused the brothers of sexual assault, with eleven victims testifying during the five-week trial. Jurors deliberated for less than three days before delivering nineteen guilty findings connected to the charges.

According to evidence presented in court, prosecutors said the brothers frequently met women through nightclubs, parties, and dating apps before inviting them to private gatherings or trips. Several victims alleged they were drugged and assaulted, sometimes by more than one brother at a time. One disturbing piece of evidence shown to the jury included a recorded assault involving a minor, which prosecutors said demonstrated the calculated nature of the crimes.

When attempts to contact anyone inside failed, officers entered the residence and found both individuals deceased.

Court records show that Ashley had recently filed an emergency protection order describing a history of abuse, including threats against her life and incidents where Nicholas allegedly assaulted her and even put a gun to her head. Despite multiple violations of that order and related charges, he had been released from jail just days before the fatal shooting.

A mother-of-ten has been sentenced to 13 years in prison after a court heard how she subjected a teenage girl to decades of abuse, forced labor, and captivity in her home. Amanda Wixon, 56, was convicted following a trial at Gloucester Crown Court for crimes that spanned more than two decades.

The victim, whose identity remains protected, was just 16 years old when she moved into Wixon’s home in 1995. What followed, prosecutors said, was 25 years of exploitation and violence inside the family’s overcrowded and neglected house in Tewkesbury. The court heard that the property in the Priors Park area was in a squalid condition, with mould-covered walls, damaged plaster, and rubbish filling the garden.

According to evidence presented during the trial, the woman endured repeated physical assaults, including being beaten and struck with a broom handle so severely that it knocked out some of her teeth. She remained trapped in the home until 2021. Today, the survivor—now in her mid-40s—refers to Wixon as “The Witch,” a reflection of the trauma she endured.

While delivering the sentence, Ian Lawrie KC told the court that Wixon had shown “permanent denial” about the devastating impact of her actions. He described the crimes as persistent and cruel, noting the victim had effectively been held captive from her teenage years into her early forties.

In a powerful statement read in court, the survivor described living “in fear, control and abuse” for a quarter of a century. Now living with a supportive family, she says their kindness is helping her slowly rebuild the life that was taken from her, even as the trauma of those lost years remains.

Pulaski County Investigation Expands, Additional Charges Filed Against Kimberly Bray in Ongoing Child Abuse Case.

Sheriff Bobby Jones has announced additional charges in an ongoing sexual abuse investigation involving a Pulaski County woman, following the identification of another minor victim. Authorities say the case continues to develop as investigators gather more information related to multiple allegations.

Kimberly Bray, 45, of Bronston, Kentucky, was formally served with a new warrant on Wednesday, March 11, in connection with a second incident involving the sexual assault of a child. Bray is already being held at the Pulaski County Detention Center as part of a separate but related investigation. She was initially being held on a $500,000 bond, and the newly filed charge of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree involving a victim under the age of twelve carries an additional $100,000 bond.

According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began in January when Detective Jay Picard, who works with the Crimes Against Children unit, received information alleging that Bray had sexually assaulted two minor female victims in 2017. After months of investigation and the collection of evidence, Detective Picard secured an arrest warrant on December 31, 2025.

Bray was taken into custody the following day, on New Year’s Day 2026, on charges including Rape in the First Degree involving a victim under twelve and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree involving a victim under twelve.

During the continued investigation, authorities identified an additional minor male victim, leading to the new charge filed this week.

Detective Picard was assisted in the investigation by Deputy Noah Wesley, Deputy Zachary Huff, other members of the Criminal Investigation Division, and the Department for Community Based Services. Officials say all evidence gathered in the cases will be presented to the Pulaski County Grand Jury for further review.
