Emergency responders arrived quickly and worked tirelessly to provide lifesaving care before Tanner was airlifted to Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Despite every effort made on his behalf, this heartbreaking tragedy forever changed the lives of all who knew and loved him.
