The West Virginia State Police confirmed that 60-year-old Jerry Hills of Bob White has been charged with first-degree murder and malicious wounding in connection with the incident.
According to officials, troopers responded to reports of a shooting at a residence on March 21. When they arrived at the scene, they discovered 49-year-old Tammy Rowe of Gordon deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. Also found at the residence was 50-year-old Shena Castle of Seth, who had sustained a gunshot wound. Authorities reported that her injuries were non-life-threatening, and she was provided with medical attention.
