PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities have identified the woman who died Sunday afternoon after a devastating head-on collision in Happy Valley as 48-year-old Sheri Lynette Harrison. According to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the scene on Sunday at the 10000 block of Southeast 172nd Avenue, where a Jeep Wrangler and a Honda Accord had collided head-on. When emergency responders arrived, they found both vehicles heavily damaged, indicating the severity of the crash.
Officials confirmed that the driver of the Jeep Wrangler was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition, while Harrison, the driver of the Honda Accord, was pronounced dead at the scene.
