Authorities have launched a homicide investigation following the tragic discovery of 19-year-old Jamir Cambranes, a young technician who was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds along the Burrell Boom/Hattieville Road. The shocking incident has left family members and the wider community searching for answers as police work to uncover the circumstances surrounding his death.
According to investigators, Cambranes left his residence on Euphrates Avenue on Tuesday evening, riding his bicycle to meet two individuals reportedly traveling in a silver Chevy Equinox. That meeting is believed to be his last known contact before he mysteriously disappeared. Concern grew quickly when repeated attempts to reach him by phone were unsuccessful.
In a desperate effort to locate him, his girlfriend reportedly used phone tracking technology to identify his last known location. Acting on that information, relatives searched the area and made the grim discovery of Cambranes’ body hidden in bushes along the roadside. The scene was later secured and processed by law enforcement अधिकारियों as part of an active investigation.
Police have not yet identified any suspects or confirmed a motive, but they say inquiries are ongoing as they piece together the events leading up to the fatal encounter. The killing has raised concerns about safety in the area, with residents calling for swift justice.
Authorities are urging anyone with information that could assist in the investigation to come forward as efforts continue to bring clarity and accountability to the case.
