Forever in Our Hearts: Honoring the Lives of Blas Fermin and Colin M. Gale After Tragic Bethlehem Crash.

 

The Bethlehem community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Blas Fermin, 46, of Bethlehem, and Colin M. Gale, 24, of Quakertown, whose lives were tragically cut short in a devastating crash involving an e-bike and two motorcycles at the intersection of Route 412 and Stefko Boulevard on June 12. As family, friends, and loved ones struggle to cope with this unimaginable loss, they are also remembering two individuals whose lives touched many and whose memories will never fade.

According to the Northampton County Coroner’s Office, Fermin was operating an electric bicycle when it was struck by a motorcycle ridden by Gale. The collision resulted in fatal injuries to both men. Emergency crews responded quickly to the scene near the Wind Creek Casino area shortly after 7 p.m., but despite their efforts, both victims succumbed to their injuries.

Today, the focus is not only on the tragedy itself but on the lives of the men who were lost. Blas Fermin and Colin M. Gale were more than victims of a crash—they were sons, relatives, friends, and valued members of their communities. Their laughter, kindness, and presence enriched the lives of those fortunate enough to know them.

As investigators continue working to determine the circumstances surrounding the collision, loved ones are left holding on to cherished memories and the moments they shared with Blas and Colin.
